Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) set forth the legally binding terms and conditions between GOAT Agency, Inc. ("GOAT," "we," "our," and "us") and you, governing your access to and use of the website located at www.goat.agency and any other websites linking to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”). Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Site in connection with such features. All additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
(a) By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. You further represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site.

1. Accounts
1.1 Account Creation
In order to use certain features of the Site, you must register for an account (“Account”) and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the account registration form. You represent and warrant that:
(a) all required registration information you submit is current, complete, truthful, and accurate; and
(b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information.
You may delete your Account at any time by sending an email to us at admin@ccript.com or calling us at +1 740 272-5994 and stating, with sufficient detail, that you wish to delete your Account. GOAT may suspend or terminate your Account in accordance with Section 10.
1.2 Account Responsibilities
As an Account holder, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities or actions performed under your Account. GOAT disclaims any liability for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials. You agree to notify GOAT immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.
2. Access to the Site
2.1 License
GOAT Agency grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.2 Restrictions
(a) You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or its content.
(b) You are prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Site or its underlying technology.
(c) You agree not to use the Site to develop a competing product, service, or platform.
2.3 Modifications and Ownership

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
4.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. GOAT Agency disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOAT Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. GOAT Agency's total liability, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the greater of (i) the total amount you have paid, if any, to GOAT Agency for access to the Site, or (ii) $100 USD.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GOAT Agency, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
(a) your use of the Site or any content you submit;
(b) your violation of these Terms or applicable laws;
(c) any claims alleging that your User Content infringes on third-party intellectual property or other rights;
(d) any unauthorized access or use of your Account.
GOAT Agency reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification.
6. Termination
GOAT Agency may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Site is subject to GOAT Agency's Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dover, Delaware, for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
9. General Provisions
(a) Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GOAT Agency regarding the use of the Site.
(b) Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
(c) No Waiver: GOAT Agency's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its rights to enforce such provisions in the future.
GOAT Agency reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification.
